Ideation
Redesigning the user experience began with a deep exploration of the diabetes community's unique needs. Our team focused on streamlining navigation and developing an intuitive site structure to support diverse user goals. Through multiple rounds of wireframes, we refined the design at each stage by incorporating user feedback.
Tone
Recognizing the varied backgrounds and needs of users, we developed an environment that is inclusive, welcoming, and trustworthy for individuals of all ages. By integrating energetic photography, textured elements, and vibrant colors, we created a positive user experience that positions the site as a place of community, support, and resilience.
